Spring is a great time to plant seed potatoes! Dice into small sections, let them harden or callus over for a few days - each including an "eye" or root. Then plant into the ground 6" -12" down or so and at least 6" -8" apart. High nitrogen soil is best. Harvest in Fall or once foliage is completely died back and you can see potatoes starting to emerge. 3 varieties available while supplies last. $1/lb
