Description: This evergreen shrub has leaves that emerge in spring with a pinkish cast, turning a lustrous dark green in summer. Wonderfully compact, 'Rose Creek' abelia will grow in full sun to partial shade. Once established, it is very drought and erosion tolerant. In cold winters it can be damaged to the ground but will regrow in the spring.
Water: Generally drought tolerant once established.
Light: Full sun to partial shade.
Mature Size: Moderate growing to 4 to 6 ft. tall, 5 ft. wide.
Blooms: Summer through Fall
